I can't seem to find a clear answer on this but I listen to the Peoria, IL node for Peoria County police/FD's. The FD dispatches seem fine but almost every Peoria Police & Peoria County Sheriff calls for service do not get sent to the system. It usually happens if the dispatch console has radio traffic over 10 or 15 seconds i've noticed. I've noticed sporadic missed transmissions longer than 10 seconds on other nodes as well. This seems to have started in the last few months.
Also what causes duplicates to be sent? Some nodes are duplicate heavy and have to stop listening and some are occasional.
