I am considering a setup for Clinton IA on ISICS however the options are Dewitt as closest site but I want to utilize the Mobile site in operation for the City until a permenant tower or site can be implemented and there is no option for that any thoughts? I would use the Jackson site but recently all traffic has dropped from Jackson and Dewitt and heard only on the Mobile site for the City... not sure if there is an error in the network or setup this way purposely by Motorola to limit things some.

Selecting the mobile site in the application seems to work for me (if that is what you are having problems with).

Use whatever site that's giving you the most signal. If you get no traffic from those 2, then don't use them. It's simple as that.

Could you do both Dewitt and Mobile?
