ARC536: Bug Report DMR version: LCN values

I have a Tier 3 system with four-digit LCNs (1899, 1900, 1941, 1942, 1985, 1986). ARC will allow 3 digits to be entered, but when you commit the data to the cell, it changes the LCN to 30.

The latest 0.99 build 4 will allow 4 digit entries just like the scanner.

only one other possible thing i can think of maybe having the ability in the full database editor to apply the led color filter, and change the mode (FM,NFM,etc) had an issue in LA last week where that would have been handy
