While I am still in the loop, I wanted to make a thread discussing the new situation with Burholme EMS. While the Philadelphia Wiki has been updated as best as I can, I wanted to give a longer explanation on here. Burholme EMS Medic 96, will be merging with VMSC of Lansdale medic 345 in Montco officially January 2025, however Burholme have switched over their communications to Motorola Wave LTE radios full time (as well as Northeast Ambulance Squad 90 utilizing VMSC's LTE Setup), Burholme's conventional repeater is still on the air for now, mostly for minimal communications between Burholme trucks or Officers (Events will also be using the conventional repeater for now). They are also using VMSC Van-style ambulances as of this month. With this in mind Montgomery County will still be dispatching them as Philadelphia Medic 96. The only change for Montco is the truck number. (5A96-15, 5A96-5 etc.)
