Butel ArcSoft Question Re "Multi-Dispatch In Service Type ?

Hello,

Have a HomePatrol-1
Using Butel Arc Soft

Haven't played with it for a number of years.

I see in my Railroad files (Favorite), the Service Type is listed as Multi Dispatch.
Is this correct, or...?
Exactly what is "Multi Dispatch", please ? Anywhere else it should be used/selected ?

And,
In the windows that comes up on the extreme left
that is labeled Browser:

I can load a particular FAV from the radio into it.
But never more than a single one.

Any way to have all my FAV's from the radio read, and shown together there ?
