Is there a way to edit profile/display using the Butel software for the sds 200 . I see you can do it with the Sentinel software.

No sorry this is not possible. You can use Sentinel for this.

Is there a way to send a command to the scanner to switch between serial and mass storage? when doing a lot of experimenting I would think constantly removing the cable would not be good for the Jack. I have the 536pro and both x36 scanners.

Just switch power off/on and then scanner will ask for the USB mode.

Highly recommend the PROSCAN software im new to all this and it's a huge huge blessing!

That only works if you are infront of the scanner. I can program my scanner from anywhere on the internet.
