The keypad switches in the FRG-9600 are small ALPS Tactile type switches.
The original part number was KHH10912. I tried to find a datasheet but no luck.
You should be able some that will fit from places like Mouser or Digikey.
You'll need to measure the old to find a substitute that will physically fit. These switches are still fairly common today.
I've replaced a bunch of the same exact type in older Icom radios like the R7000, R9000, R71 models.
I think the type used in the FRG-9600 are called Snap-In type. They snapped into four holes on the pcb and then you soldered the pins.
