I can confirm this.

Occasionally you'll hear callsigns such as "ethyl" and "power" on the fuzzy ops freq (or on local approach/artcc frequencies). I believe "power" is used when the tanker is transiting to either a flight refueling track or to an assignment elsewhere.

340.025 is a great freq to monitor as the C-130s perform training ops in the area. The command post's callsign is "carbonate."

If you want to search for more frequencies used by these units, be sure to use the correct spelling of Niagara Falls. You'll get more hits that way.
