Calls: Some calls don't play.

I feed three calls nodes for my local system, for redundancy reasons.

Occasionally I'll get calls with duration, but they refuse to play. If I attempt to download the calls to listen I get the following error:

This means the call wasn't actually uploaded.

Find which node it was and submit a node problem report to them (or let me know which node it is)

I have the same issue, and I haven't found a way to fix it- assuming its on my end. I have about 10% upload error rate on SDRtrunk. A separate node in a different state I operate, has no problems.
