Actually upon closer inspection of the RRDB it appears Haddon Twp is divided into two response regions: East (District 15-1 only) & West (District 15-2 only)

154.430 is only used to activate pagers and announce the location and type of call. That is simulcast on TG (talk group) 226. No other comm takes place there. All fire & EMS comms take place on East Ops TG 221 for station 15-1 (Westmont FC) and West Ops TG 231 for sta 15-2 (W Coll Hghts FC). Fire 1 & EMS 1 are not used for any routine fire & EMS. Actually, EMS 1 is used by Virtua Health to dispatch paramedics.
