For what it's worth, "LongRifle" refers to the range controller for the restricted airspace R-2503 A thru D adjacent to Camp Pendlton, on frequencies 123.2 MHz / 301.9 MHz (See Airnav). It would be a safe bet that those talkgroups are either simulcasts of that controller or are at least affiliated with them.

"LongRifle" is the call sign for the Base Range Safety Office. They control all access and use of all base ranges and impact areas. It's been a few years but I once spent a lot of time at Camp Pendlton.
