So much to unpack here. Were you able to find the tones? If not....
Try the tones from 154.160 on 153.860 as previously recommended. If that doesn't work...
Program a Tone Out channel with 153.860. Make sure the A and B tones are set to 0.0 each. Then set the Delay Time to Infinite.
When the tones go off, it will show the tones it first received and they will remain flashing. If you want to verify the center frequency of the tones, use this file.
Alternatively, you could program everything above with a 5-Second Delay and keep the tones programmed for A:0.0/B:00. Since New Boston is the only FD/EMS on that frequency in the area, you'll only get them. After 5-Seconds with no activity, it'll return to alert mode.
