Can anybody identify this interference sound?

I forgot to mention, hold the scanners base against your stomach and swirl around to get the weakest signal. That would be 180 from the interfering source as the body will screen the signal. Then turn 180 to get the second weakest signal. If you try to move towards the source at a 45 degree angle you'll notice if you have the antenna pointing at the correct location.
