Can anyone help w/a Pro-97?

Are there any contacts in OKC at Radio Shack that might be scanner experts who could possibly help me before I return a new unit bought cpl days ago that I am having nightmeres trying to troubleshoot? The guys at my store in Edmond are not very scanner savy.

Well... i'd say go to the radio shack at Western and 63rd. The manager is a member of this site who also attends the OKC Scanner meetings. However, if there's something he doesn't know, he will probably refer you to this board or one of us. lol. So why not just ask your question here. He reads this board too... so yeah. But if you want to talk to a radio shack guy that knows scanners, Matthew is the one to ask for.
