SDRPlay can not install sdrplayRspDX on computer

Windows 11 Home.
I just tried to install sdrplay rspDX on my computer and ever time I plug the sdrplayrspdx into the USB Port on my computer I look in Device Manager and it comes up UNKNOWN DEVICE.
I can not install SDRuno software until I figure out how to fix this, tried to update driver and it can not find a driver for me, tried to uninstall but it comes back the same unknown device in Device Manager. ANYONE have any information on how to fix this.

Keep the RSPDX unplugged until the SDRUno installer tells you to plug it in. Said installer contains the needed drivers

Thank you I was having a problem downloading sdruno from sdrplay site on my desktop computer it would not download. I had to go to my laptop computer and download it to a USB stick and bring it over to my desktop computer to install it. Everything is working ok now.
