I have tried reseting this program and I keep getting this message

Pro96Com has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

If anyone can help please, I have removed the program several time and redownloaded it with no luck. I am lost at this point.

Sorry it took so long to respond. I was gone to Cedar Point with the family for the weekend.

There have been other reports of issues with Windows XP home, usually resolved by setting the latency to 0. Have you tried that setting?

It's odd really, all that setting does is add a Sleep command...
