Hi from the UK... I'm hoplessly lost with this and am hoping someone here can help.
I bought a used Winradio pci card recently ..
It came with nothing other than the card which I am hoping is functional.
I downloaded wr-G303std-192.exe ....which I assumed is all I would need.
I have this pci card installed on an older PC running windows 7.
I made up a short patch lead to connect the radio card output to the line in jack on my audio card.
Ran the installation .exe and expected to see/hear ...something ???
Anything other than the static graphic image of a radio ...no white noise....no sound....just nothing
The card shows up in device manager under a seperate catagory 'Radio Receivers' as Winradio G303 pci radio receiver.
Buying this card could be an expensive mistake if it is faulty....but I dont think it is.
Does it need 'activating' perhaps ?....some sort of license ?
As I said already The card came as-is ..no driver disc...no instructions etc ..not even a patch lead.
so I'm working blind here..
Can anyone advise me ?
