Its digital...you wouldn't have the RSSI on the radio if it was a smartnet system..

That's what you think.

RSSI indicator displays on Smartzone/Smartnet analog systems if so programmed. It will display on a Smartnet II system if the coverage type tab is set to "Smartzone" even if no zone controller exists.

No im in cobb county just those..and Mts2000des...i jave fulton on my radio and it does not show RSSI...hmmm odd..

Did you ever upgrade your scanner to something that can monitor Phase II? There are 5 TGID's listed in the RR database. One FD, one SO. They are not Phase II TDMA TGID's. They are digital. Your HP should be able to hear them.

Yes, I am borrowing a Uniden BCD436HP.

I talked to someone at rockdale 911 said they were not phase 2 and would have to swap all radios out..which cost money if they dont have it...it wont happen...so 436hp or xts your choice
