I have been listening to a few UHF frequencies trying to determine the user. All were active this weekend. All were monitored in the southeast metro area. All were time stamped with activity overnight. It is possible that some are single frequency Capacity Plus systems. It is also possible that some are a part of a system with other frequencies.

Can anybody here identify the users of the of these?

464.3000 is the single frequency Cap+ system of U MN parking Services
464.2475 - was part of MOA LTR system not the current Mototrbo System. I believe this is St. Catherine’s University
441.6000, 451.6500, 451.7375- not sure on what you are getting- but as for the CC, TGID, and RID- these all are ANCOM Minneapolis Cap+ System. The RIDs match with the Talkgroups that are being seen.

Picked up TIII System on 460.4500 CC2. Appears to be Bloomington School Buses.
Also on this license are 460.2000, and 460.3750.
so far LCNs of 2313 and 2314 have been logged.

The University of Minnesota has quite a few licenses, with a number of different FRNs. It is a challenge to make sense out of all of them.

That is a good find on Bloomington Schools. There seems to be very few DT3 systems around here.

I didn't realize that the LCN has such large numbers, either. I am so used to low single digit LCN numbers, but those are from Capacity Plus systems.

I did a deep dive into the U of M licenses and found most of the different departments who owned each one - I will try and find my notes on that. I think the U could benefit by a campus wide Cap+ system instead of all these separate systems.

I have seen many licenses set up with more channels than are currently on the air- often licensed for planned or possible growth
