I see on the specs it can work on regular voltage from alkalines and lower voltage from NiMH rechargeables, but can it take Lithium AAs or would that damage it?
I used those in the WS1080 with no problems. ONLY thing I noticed was the low battery icon was FULL right up till the last few minutes of power. It didn't really respond like Alkalines do showing every step of the way. Doesn't mean anything. Good battery life with those
I use Energizer Lithium AA batteries regularly in my BCD325P2 and they not only work great, they clearly last longer than regular alkaline batteries. I'll just be glad if, and when, their price comes down. Right now, this brand is about the only AA & AAA game in town. They need competition.
