TRX-1 Software?

Picked up TRX-1 that hasn't been updated since 2015. It's not picking a single thing up here in central TX via database, except VHF stuff, TRS freqs have all changed I think.
I looked for the whistler softare and it's just missing altogether, the page on their site has an 'oops' or whatever on it, and I've poured over everywhere else.

Anyone have that software they can send me?
