My NooElec R820T had been working. Now when I hit play it says "cant access RTL device". I tried reinstalling the driver from Zadig with no results. Any ideas.

Looks like a USB problem. It was on a powered hub USB3, I switched it to a single USB2, and it seems ok. thanks for the help.
