i live in stark county ohio, is there a section that i can find towing companies to program in my scanner?

If they use radio, they would be in the Business section of the Stark County page; however, they would only appear in the RR database if someone has monitored and confirmed the frequency (and submitted it). As a couple of others have noted above, they might be using a trunked system operated by one of the radio shops in the area.
It's also possible that they don't even use "traditional" radio; many towing companies moved to Nextel or cellphones in the early 2000s rather than spend the money to change over to narrow-band systems as mandated by the FCC.
My bet would be on cellphones or a radio dealer's trunked system.
Some tow companies are on a trunked system, it can be tricky to find them. Generally speaking, go to the county where they are in DB. Select the "Other Agencies" tab. Look in there.

I didn't see Oscars.
i found oscars towing, its in a decimal format, i got to learn how to program it in to my scanner: Domer Communications (Canton) Trunking System, Canton, Ohio - Scanner Frequencies
on the reeds towing, i gotta find out the tone selection, do you know where i can find the rest of the info?
What scanner do you have? Oscar's is an analog trunked LTR system and the numbers 0-01-232 is the TG on the trunked system.
i have the bearcat bcd996p2 trunktracker V
You would put the four frequencies listed below in the scanner, using the appropriate LCN for each as a LTR trunked system
| LCN 01- 451.7875 | LCN 02 - 464.850 | LCN 05 - 452.050 | LCN 13 - 464.075 |
Then add the talkgroup 0-01-232.
anything on reeds? it was asking me which tone selection
They probably are doing the same as Oscar's, using a private company to host the radio traffic, and they won't be licensed on there own. My best suggestion is park near the tow yard and use close call, then search the freq in the FCC database.
