Hello!

I'm new to SDRTrunk. I've got it up and running with two RTL-SDRs on my county P25 Phase 1 system. There's a mysterious call that I cannot identify in order to mute it. It doesn't have an alias or anything assigned and when I search for the channel info that passes with it I cannot find it in my alias list from Radio Reference. I am in between an Air Force base and an Army post. It seems to be an automatic beacon for airfield or military range status. It's usually broken reception and doesn't last very long so it's difficult to get a screenshot it audio recording. Any advice for how I can figure out what it is and mute it?

Thanks!
Mike

You could set a talkgroup range inside your alias list and have it set to mute. For example to mute all talkgroups on a system the range would be 0 - 65535.

Then you just have to add all the talkgroups that you want to listen to and set each one as unmuted.
