Well I hear it constanty on any repeater im on. I mean like every 10 seconds
Start by turning off appliances/electronics in your residence, could be something there (LOCAL)

but do you have a more reliable HT or scanner you can test on? Is the issue evident there?I got a 60 CHANNEL PRO-2024 from the 90's. Could that possibly work? Im still a begginer with this stuff, so im not sure if im even able to get repeaters on there.Don't mean to knock the Baofeng
It certainly covers the 2 meter ham band (as shown in your sample video). See frequency range here. Plug in 146.760 and listen

I tried but no one was on, and my baofeng wasnt going off. But every new repeater I try every Time I assume someone talks, it makes a statiky noise. Could MAYBE there be a settings issue? I have the tones freq and offset all correct.
Get us a better audio recording of it happening. I honestly couldn't tell anything from what you posted. We have no way of knowing how to help without actually knowing what the problem is.
Thats literally all there was to show. Now its doing the same but with static and onlyt when I hold the squelch buttton.
