Canton PD

I was in the Canton area today. I did not hear any PD traffic only FD. I only had the 6 site 1 frequencies programed. Do I also need to program the site 2 Stark Co. SO freqs. I read on the misc system info at the top of the Stark county page that Canton is on site 1.

Canton PD uses full time encryption. So, you won't be able to monitor Canton PD.

Lately I have noticed that CPD 3 will be open every once in a while.
