Car-deer accident in Boone County Sat 10-22-2011

Car-deer accident on US 421 around 100 South.Gentleman hit a deer that came thru his Windshield of his car.Boone County Sheriff along with Indiana State Police and Zionsville Fire on the scene.Person is being taken to Zionsville to Witham Hospital Anson.Radio traffic was on Safe-t Boone County Talkgroup 6320 Fire OPS-1 8:42AM Sat 10-22-2011

It's one of those new hybrids, gets 60 miles to a bushel of corn, 70 during deer season.

Gentleman, Please, It was a car that hit a deer and a man was hurt and taken to the hospital.This was a serious accident when the car hits the deer and the deer hits the windshield.Lets also add to this that when the deer was hit it flew back into the windshield of the car and went thru the windshield.Zionsville Fire found the deer inside the car where the man was driving.The man was not hurt but he was bleeding from the forehead.The man was checked out at the hospital and he was ok.He was very lucky to walk away from this accdent and he was Alive and living.
