When is this supposed to go into effect? I can barely pick them up on the freqs they use now and would be nice if the LTR system worked better.
just got this info from a radio guy with careflite... figured i'd pass it on.

I do not have any frequency information for the new system unfortunately...and it will be a passport system.. which is not trackable with a scanner....
you can monitor our Air to Air channels...
