Thanks to being diverted from Baltimore to Norfolk, I got a chance to check out the Carnival Legend and Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas.
Previous info on these vessels has some age on it, and I found no activity on that. Here's what I did find:

Carnival Legend:
457.5375 DMR c10s1g481 (inp 467.5374) - Bridge Ops
457.600 DMR c13s1g487 - sounds like Engineering (no input found)
457.575 [103.5] - may or may not be the Legend. Best I can say is that it appeared to travel with the ship on departure. Input not found

VISION OF THE SEAS:
467.550 [d306] - Bridge Ops (inp 457.55 [d205]) - interesting configuration! It took a while to figure out which was input and which was output
467.750 [d165] - sounded like Engineering (no input found, but got a small blip on 457.525 [d031], so YMMV)

457.5750 CSQ was in the past the Paging Channel for the Legend, could it have been a false PL ??

And your Vision report is spot on for Output/input with different DPL's
Odd that the Vision has not migrated to DMR along with much of the RCCL Fleet

PL was definitely there, but voice heard. Couldn’t positively ID. I followed the ship to CBBT in hopes of isolating, but the port is so dense with tall ships that isolation still isn’t 100% reliable

103.5 is/has also been one of the common USN tones that I've observed

Unlikely in this case. Accents were so heavy that I couldn't ID the nature of the traffic. Haven't heard this tone in a while with an American-sounding accent. Will probably email you in a week or two about some things, once I process all the recordings from my trip.
