Carroll Co and 2096 programming

Can someone tell me the configuration for a 2096 to work on carroll's system? I travel through the area and I don't live close enough to experiment with the system. Any help is greatly appreciated.

According to the database, it's a Moto type 2 system - same type as Baltimore county's.

I don't know if this trick works with a 2096, but it should - if you can hear the CC from Baltimore county's system well, plug that frequency in with the others from Carroll. You should then be able to program it. When you are done, delete the Baltimore county frequency.

This dummy CC trick works well with Uniden scanners, but with GREs??

If you use Win96 the import will auto set correct programming.
If you do not have Win96 you will be out of luck for Carroll and any Motorola/P25 trunking systems similar to Carroll after they are rebanded.
