Carroll County Frequency question!

I'm wondering if anyone can tell Me what this New frequency 159.450 MHz that Carroll
County was issued not too long ago is being used for, if it's in use yet. I'm thinking it's
Fire radio related since it's in a license along with the long time Carroll County fire
dispatch frequency 154.190 MHz, I'm thinking it Might be a new frequency to serve as a
Fire & EMS "Paging-only" type frequency???. Any help would be greatly appreciated

It is the new County Fire Net, I don't know if it is in use yet though.
