I have it listed as Radio Techs 1 with 46862 being Radio Techs 2 (both unconfirmed) and the RID most recently heard 1849455 belongs to the RDU radio group, with 1844376 belonging to what has been ID'd as a radio tech.

47223 appears to be something related to the LE EAST police traffic, possibly MDT/Running plates info, lots of joins very little voice traffic. Users are all Zebulon/Wendell/Knightdale/Rolesville PD units. Only active a few times each day.
