So before I forget again, it seems that the RadioReference info for Cassia County, specifically Burley PD, is out of date. They, if I'm not mistaken, have a one-channel P25 system, unless there's other frequencies that have been allocated. The frequency is 460.425.000 MHz. That much has not changed. However, when my scanner picks it up, I get the classic "digital signal tuned as analog" noise. I'm not an expert by a long shot, so I'm unsure if I can tell my Bearcat BCD436HP to tune the signal in a digital manner.
What's really weird, though, is that if I tune into this frequency with an analog SDR, I can hear Idaho State Police chatter that briefly synced with my scanner when it tuned to the relevant frequency, so I'm unsure as to what this frequency is used for. At the same time I hear the trunking radio signal noise. It appears to be shared between Idaho State Police (District 4, Twin Falls 1) and Burley PD.
Hopefully someone who actually knows their way around this stuff can suss out the details and push an update to the database!
