Cave of the Winds 462.1250, 69.3. I do not hear clear audio. Could it be DMR but not been updated in the database?

Thanks

Is that who is using 462.125 69.3 Hz? I started logging them last January, but with MotoTRBO CC 15 WPKR773 Keysight Technologies also on 462.125 it's hard to isolate the 69.3 Hz tone. I think I have one radio that has 69.3 Hz on it so I will start monitoring to see if it is Cave of the Winds.

That is the frequency and CTTS I found in the database so I programmed. I do not have a DMR capable radio. All I heard was garble.

462.125 69.3 Hz is in use by a medical company of some sort. There is constant talk about DNA testing and periodic tables. They are active past operating hours for Cave of the Winds.

That seems interesting. What would possibly be the context of those two subjects?

Another freq I've suspected of being used at Cave of the Winds is 462.525 114.8 Hz simplex, for their zip line attraction . When I heard them mention "Lantern Tour" today I knew I had the correct freq user.

Not sure how far the Keysight transmitter is from Cave of the Winds but do you think there could be an interference issue when Cave of the Winds users are trying to talk to each other and the Keysight is keyed up?

They are about 3.5 miles from each other.

Keysight (6409 Feet elevation)
38-53-50.0 N, 104-51-52.0 W

Cave of the Winds (7166 Feet elevation)
38-52-21.3 N, 104-55-12.4 W

Using Google Earth, I see that there are 4 ridge-lines between them that are higher than 6409 feet high, and with on being approx. 7270 feet high.

When I was at Cave of the Winds on Saturday I could not hear the nearly constant DMR data bursts from Keysight. Cave of the Winds employees did not seem to have any issues hearing each other with their handhelds.
