Guys we need to get organization together if we want this to happen? Who else?
jaymatt1978: North
Who else in the north?

Policefreak: South
nursepen : South
cash082: South - I'm actually central ( In Wall Twp) so I can go either way)
mrkelso: no need for negatives - we haven't even tried yet and it's been a long time! It might be dead, but we (even as a small group) might wind up forming great friendships between us..think positive! :)
There aren't many people that enjoy scanning as much as we do!

I am in wherever but I would suggest ACity cause they have buffets there and like someone said about comp rooms. ACity would be just about on the middle of the state and should be able to please everyone for traveling purposes. But if we have a get togerher there I should be on a Friday or Saturday night. And just hold the meeting monthly except May- August since no one would really want to travel in the Summer Traffic. Feedback??

Seems like rescue51 disappeared ? But seriously, a club would be nice to shoot the breeze once in a while. Most people are too busy to meet all the time on a regular basis due to differing schedules and other unplanned events. A public place on the weekends with a two hour or so time frame would be good but not everyone would be in attendance at any given date. A CB type club using sideband would allow everyone to talk to each other about scanners, comms and general conversation without having to be really close to each other and perhaps meet after being on the air.
