CBP/ICE frequency submission?

This would be a question for the mods. If a person were to legally purchase a surplus radio loaded with what looks like current CBP/ICE freqs would those frequencies with ch names be accepted for submission to RR? Hypothetical question of course….

If the integrity of the codeplug can be confirmed as being valid and current, then yes, the information contained within may be submitted to the database for inclusion.
