NC SHP helo NORST6 working with a CBP helicopter TROY, on frequency 136.375, not showing on radar, in SE Raleigh about 7:30pm. Unknown if this was an immigration raid or other enforcement action. No other comms heard on VIPER, RPD TGs, or other federal frequencies.
