Does anyone know how to access Cecil County Fire & EMS since something changed recently?

I saw that they have a new county wide radio system, hopefully they will be back up soon.

If and until Cecil restores the feed they maintain (Or someone else picks up the ball), You can only listen with a P25 Phase II scanner. (Or some of the DSD/SDR products available for use on a PC)
They have moved from the EDACS system to the MD FiRST system..

Cecil County is now using the Maryland First System for their communications. All should be in the database.
