Channel 20 Skip

Earlier tonight while at Governor Printz State Park along the Delaware River in Essington, PA, I came upon an audio carrier on 511.7625. Knowing this to be Channel 20 audio frequency (well a little offset but still), I listened in to find a station ID. Managed to find out it was MY 20. Only question is - where is this MY 20 coming from? The program sounded like a black sitcom but I'm not completely sure. Any idea who's Channel 20 it is? I know of a Channel 20 in DC and one in Waterbury, CT, but not sure if they are MY or not.

Looking at the link, My has stations on Channel 20 in DC, Denver, Houston, and Detroit along with one shared with CW in Iowa. Most likely it is the DC station I caught since it is the closest and also most logical. It's gonna be a lot harder to DX TV stations in a few weeks when the analog signals disappear forever.
