That scanner does not require any sort of "special" cable. Just a standard USB mini cable. Dozens of them on Amazon, starting under $10. in lengths up to 15ft. Monoprice cables are very good quality, and at competitive pricing compared to some other sources. You might well be able to find a USB-mini cable at a local store, such as Best Buy or perhaps Walmart.

While that would work for "power only", the 'no data' notation means that the cable could not be used for programming via software, which could be a handicap.
