I have been listening to Charlotte for the past day and a half, I was listening last night hearing them go out quite a bit with the storm. Today though I have heard the automated dispatch but nothing on the op channels. For instance I just heard Ladder 1 go out for a citizens assist on H but I don't hear the Ladder itself. I have heard several tone outs but no Units.

Assuming you are referring to Charlotte NC. Here's a guess. They do a lot of routine communicating with laptop computers.
