I would be willing to try and help out. I am however moving to the land of cheese in April or May so I can't devote a ton of time to do this. Moving to near Madison, WI I will be back and forth to Minnesota a few times a month and have the ability to have a scanner here at a relatives home. I am in Fridley currently so am able to monitor most of the metro. This move came up kind of fast and it's dissapointing that I will not have the oppertunity to setup my radios & scanners here. So it's possible that I can have a scanner at a relatives home here and control remotly in WI. Something to think about down the road when I get settled. Figuring out the area DMR systems is a neat project, kind of like mapping out ARMER when it went on the air.
