Cheshire Cty Dispatch question

This morning, I caught the end of a call on 154.43 with a pl tone of 136.5. The dispatch says that they will put the channel on tac 4. Some of the towns in the county have the same freq and pl tone. I'm assuming that this is the SWNH Fire M/A, and to tune to 154.01 w/pl tone of 136.5 to follow tac 4?
