BCD325P2/BCD996P2: Chester County Pa

I have the BCD996P2 and it's kinda ok on the CC system except some garbled transmissions at times and I have a good directional 700-800mhz laird yagi antenna up about 10 feet above the roof line facing the north @ 330°west (I had to find the right spot to point it for a good signal) but it's still garbled at times, what can be done to this to make it better...do you think an omni directional antenna would work better....What antenna are you using for this system Please give me some useful info. Thank you

PS: I'm the guy the has the Chester County Pa, Police Fire and EMS audio feed online that's why I need this scanner to receive a much better digital signal for my listeners.

You probably would have better luck if you had posted this in the PA forum and not the forum "for discussion of all technical aspects of current or future Uniden scanners".
