Chicago 800MHz

I just bought a Pro-95.

-I programmed in the 400MHz freqs and those work great.

-I then programmed in all the 800MHz freqs and talkgroups from the Chicago Public Safety/Service System table on this site but when in scan mode I rarely if ever pickup a call from the 800MHz group. And if I just scan the bank I programmed all the 800MHz freqs in, it seems like I never get a call.

Is this a digital vs. analog thing vs. an I-don't-know-what-the-hell-I'm-doing thing?

Nevermind...I had it set in Offset mode rather than Normal. It was a I-dont-know-what-the-hell-I'm-doing thing.
