Earphones n 33 lol

Or you can buy then in Sacremento , CA
Their site is :

www.rahq.com
if I was on duty I defintly wear one at all times because if the suspect hears his/her info coming back as them being wanted welllllll....
They might freak especially if they are mental , high ,drunk etc...
I would the wear the earphones and act to them like every thing is ok
Be like Hey whydon't you sit in the back of my warm or air conditioned PD car
Meanwhile I'm waiting for backup to assist me in "Properly" detaining them lo
ANyways..
I might get a set when I visit Sactown this summer...
Regards,
Crista
Also I still think the Code 33 "tone" depends on their Radio model ,systems, depatment policies etc....

The one I currently use is a Pryme Sonic. It's currently called the SPM-3000
http://www.pryme.com/details_a.php?series_id=10013&category_id=2

I bought that at Waltel (which no longer exists). In the past I had used genuine Motorola stuff, but for some reason, it was worse than the aftermarket stuff. It didn't last as long. People couldn't understand anything I was saying (they would joke it was made by "10-9 Industries").

I also have a backup setup with a shoulder speaker mic with a single wire surveillence earpiece. Just in case the primary setup breaks.

www.myradiomall.com is another place that sells this type of stuff. You used to be able to buy directly from Motorola on their website, but I can never seem to find the store again.
