Does anyone have an update to this new system. I can remember hearing something a little over 18 months ago that it was to be operational then.

Any information anyone can provide would be appreciated.

Still not on-line according to a contact of mine who lives in the area.

this is very interesting as the system was supposed to be online over 2 years ago.

I lived in the area when they started working out the details to get the system up and running.
