I have the frequency for the City of Cameron in two different scanners, one as digital, and one as analog. I hear nothing. I've tried all I can think of, so I'm wondering if they are on a larger trunked system, perhaps out of Bell County, Williamson County, or Travis County.
I'm about 10 miles from town, receive the SO, EMS, and FD (FD is dispatched by City), and I receive everything but the PD.
I appreciate anything anyone may have.

This is the only two freqs listed for Cameron and both are NFM. Shows PD and FD on different freqs.

Both of those licenses are expired, but 154.995 does have a new license with a powerful transmitter and P25 emissions. Also, Milam County upgraded their fire and law enforcement system many years back, it’s possible that fire is there on the county frequencies. Small, sparsely populated county…..

YOE!

Milam SO was encrypted with ADP last iI worked on their radios in 2018.
I think this is a situation-based use enc scenario because I have radios that can hear them here in McLennan County (I don’t regularly monitor, but I have heard them within the past 6 to 8 months) and I know for a fact what I am using does not have ADP keys loaded.

(Edit: no, if anyone was gonna ask, I’m sorry I don’t have the frequencies on hand but when I get a chance I will reply to this with them, but it may be a month or two. I’m a little busy.)
