City of Vineland NXDN system?

I've had noticeably favorable propagation conditions today on UHF from my home base just northwest of Philly. While doing my periodic UHF scans I picked up the following NXDN control channels, though no voice traffic nor callsign IDs observed despite monitoring for well over an hour

453.2750 Net 502, Site 2 RAN 2
453.2875 Net 502, Site 3 RAN 3

I believe I narrowed the license down, just need someone more local to Vineland to confirm or negate my findings, figure out what other frequency(ies), LCNs, etc are in use

That’s a good find, there schools and city utilities disappeared off the 800 mhz system some time ago.

They are indeed Vineland !
They have a 3 site 8 channel each system which is simulcast.
It has the schools and the student transportation on it also public works ect …
Haven’t heard any public safety yet.
Why they need 8 channels???
Overkill for agencies that are mainly 9 to 5 weekdays…..

Have you ID'ed any additional frequencies in use? Any confirmed talkgroups?

I have TG 4 as School Bus Transportation
36 as Water Department 27 as Electric
26 Sanitation 10 as Vineland North High School
I have many groups logged but unconfirmed.
Seems like all the school stuff is the lowest groups

While propagation was favorable early this morning I let LCN finder run a bit while I had a pick up on the Site 3 control channel from Montco PA. Logged the following info below. Was hoping to confirm a TGID or two but by the time I quit LCN finder I lost the system altogether so there may or may not be more frequencies on Site 3 in use than the 3 I logged. Control channel conflicts with a prison's CAP+ system closer to me so I could still use help from the locals to get this system added to the RRDB

Wish I had seen this post sooner, I'm just outside Vineland and receive this one really well. I did a quick LCN search on my SDS100 and came up with this for Site 1 the RAN is 3. Oh btw TGID 4 is definately Transportation/Busses, TGID 14 is Schools.

Ok I have a correction, this is Site 3 not Site 1. I will likely have more corrections as I familiarize myself with my scanner. Also I'm still missing audio from calls (hear one side of the conversation), the frequencies are incomplete somehow.

I had to run in town so I got within a mile of each site and rescanned the LCN's, This is what I came up with.

Some conflicting LCNs from both reports. @robnj74 if you trunk track each site, are you still missing some transmissions as you reported in post #9 or are they more consistent now that you re-ran them?

They are more consistent but I am still missing a few transmissions, I'm not sure if the SDS100 is not capturing them correctly or if it's a case of user error. I've not really done this before.

The configuration you posted I seem to receive all the transmissions on Site 3. The other 2 sites I will have to check Saturday when I go back in town.

Thanks everyone for your help. System is now in the RRDB. Still plenty of unknown talkgroups will need to be documented & added once usage is confirmed

There is definitely a lot of work to do on this system, it has a whole lot of talk groups. I'm fairly certain there are few more.
