City towing question

OEMC...Citywide 7 dispatcher handles the notifications. Com-Ed, Traffic Light s out etc. Dispatcher or the 2nd person on the Zone who you don't hear dispatching, is running plates, typing up notifications, making lunch tickets etc.

Gotcha, so the notification desk would call T-2 and if a city truck handles he or she will dispatch a truck over the s&s radio channel. If it's E&R he would call E&R on the phone? Either way I would imagine T-2 tells the notification desk the S&S tow number. Am I correct?

I would imagine so. Like a reference number so E & R get's reimbursed.

Cool, I would imagine they would get an S&S tow number even if a city truck handles it.
